EMERGENCY PROJECT MANAGER
Rapid Response Leader | Stabilization Specialist
Base Salary: $75,000
Performance Earnings: $100,000–$120,000+
Quarterly | Performance-Based (GP-aligned)

This is a fast-cycle emergency leadership role.
The Emergency Project Manager controls the emergency phase — stabilizes loss, directs crews, protects early-stage margin, and produces clean, complete documentation.
Speed matters, but standards matter more.
ROLE PURPOSE
Lead emergency mitigation from first response through stabilization and turnover.
Control site, containment, drying strategy, crew execution, client communication, and phase-complete documentation.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Rapid site control and stabilization
· Moisture mapping, drying plans, and standards-based mitigation strategy
· Crew leadership, containment discipline, and safety compliance
· Daily documentation accuracy and completeness
· Client communication during crisis (clear, calm, professional)
· Scope clarity and clean turnover to reconstruction
· Protect margin by preventing rework, waste, and drift

Emergency work creates downstream profit or downstream chaos. Your discipline determines which one happens.
· Safety compliance is mandatory — unsafe practices are not tolerated
· Documentation must be clean, complete, and timely
· Standards-based execution: no shortcuts, no freelancing
INCENTIVE STRUCTURE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
· Quarterly performance-based payout tied to crew/team results
· Individual AND team-based accountability
· Documentation, communication, and margin discipline required
· Audit compliance is a hard gate (no audit = no incentive)
· Standards are enforced consistently across all levels of the organization
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
· Mitigation leadership experience (restoration/emergency response)
· Moisture mapping proficiency and drying standard knowledge
· Crew leadership under pressure
· Strong documentation discipline (consistent)
· IICRC certifications preferred (WRT/ASD or equivalent)
· Bondable (mandatory) and valid driver’s licence
90-DAY PERFORMANCE ALIGNMENT
· Structured 90-day ramp-up to align with standards and documentation discipline
· Coaching and correction are provided early and directly
· Continued non-compliance results in demotion or removal
